Rates
Every order ships tracked, and delivery is currently free on all orders.

Where we ship
We currently deliver to: GB. Prices include any VAT that applies, and there are no extra duties on UK deliveries.
Dispatch
Orders are packed once payment has cleared and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed the next working day. Some payment methods take a few days to clear; your items are held for you until they do.
Tracking
Once your order ships, its tracking number appears on your order page. Keep your order reference safe: together with your email address, it is how you look up your order.
Delivery problems
- Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot change it once the parcel has shipped.
- If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order reference and photos of any damage, so we can open a claim with the courier. We will send a replacement where stock allows, or a full refund.
- If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we will refund the items, minus the original delivery cost.
