Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you buy from us. Nothing here takes away your legal rights as a consumer.

1. About us
This website is operated by [Business legal name], trading as CORE FUGAZI.
- Trading name: CORE FUGAZI
- Legal name: [Business legal name]
- Address: [Business address]
- Email: corefugazi@gmail.com
You can reach us at corefugazi@gmail.com or through our contact form. If we need to contact you, we will use the email address or phone number you gave at checkout.
2. Who can buy
Our store is for consumers aged 18 or over buying for personal use. We deliver to: GB. We may refuse or cancel orders that look like bulk buying for resale or that our payment provider flags as likely fraud.
3. Independent resale and authenticity
We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of the brands we sell, and brand names and logos belong to their owners.
We only sell items we believe to be genuine. If an item you bought from us is shown not to be genuine, by the brand or by a recognised independent authentication service, we will refund you in full, including delivery, and this does not affect your other rights.
4. Product descriptions and photos
Each listing states the item's condition, size and colourway. Product photos and 360° views may be images of the same model and colourway rather than the exact piece you receive; the item you receive will match the description, size and condition in the listing. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Size guides are a general guide, and fit varies by brand.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery costs are shown before you pay.
- Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.
- If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we will contact you before dispatching and you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund. If we have already accepted the order, we will honour it unless the error was obvious and you should reasonably have noticed it.
6. Your order and our contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us starts when your payment is confirmed and we send you your order confirmation. Items in your bag are reserved only while you complete checkout. Because most pieces are one-offs in limited sizes, if an item sells out before your payment clears, or we cannot fulfil it for another reason, we will tell you and refund you in full.
7. Delivery
We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days of payment, and orders usually arrive 10–14 days after you order. We will deliver within 30 days at the latest unless we agree otherwise. Delivery options, costs and estimates are on our Shipping page. The items become yours, and are your responsibility, once they are delivered to the address you gave us or to someone at that address.
8. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day after you receive it. Full details, including how to return items and how refunds work, are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty or not as described, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a refund or price reduction. These rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. For more detail, contact Citizens Advice.
10. Our liability to you
If we break these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, and because we only sell for personal use, we are not liable for business losses such as loss of profit or business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier strikes or severe weather. If this happens we will tell you, and if the delay is long you can cancel for a refund of anything you have paid for goods you have not received.
12. Using this website
- Do not misuse the site, for example by trying to get around prices or stock limits, attacking or overloading it, or scraping it with automated tools.
- The site's design, text and code belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.
- We may suspend orders where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse or misuse of the site.
13. Complaints
If something goes wrong, email corefugazi@gmail.com with your order reference. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days.
14. Other terms
- We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
